It has a zippered center compartment. Upon opening the zipper, you'll find a large compartment with a smaller zippered area on one side and two slide in pockets on the opposite side. This has been worn once it twice but still looks new. It comes from a smoke-free home and was stored in a zip close handbag storage case much like a comforter bag. Approximate measurements: 14" wide, 4" deep at bottom (deeper at top) and about 9" high or 12" tall including handles.
