popbubbles @k_mj83 I’d say so, but it’s a little hard for me to gauge since my 6 y.o. is mini and still in 4T. But she wore this at the same time she was wearing other 3T dresses, if that helps. I’d be happy to give you detailed measurements tomorrow if you like.
