What is the length are the feathers adjustable

@ebcollier OK, I finally got these for u. From the clasp down to where the feathers start is 9", the entire length is 13" w/ an extra 3" at the top if u need it. Also, the feathers do move but I think it would just naturally hang right down the middle. If u have any other questions please feel free to ask.
