Very Rare & HTF, NWOT vintage Betsey Johnson 3 quarter Puff Sleeve scoop neck Top with lace trimming around the necklace & the edge of the sleeves. Comes w/ earring still attached. Missing 2 blue rhinestones around the “XOX Betsey” bubble as shown in the pictures above w/ the arrows. Made of 96% Cotton, 4% Spandex, Made in India, Dry clean only.
Size Medium, But fits like a small.
