It is smocked in back so can adjust to the body. I am 5’4” & size 4 wearing the medium without shoes. Comes in the manufacturer’s size-tagged plastic bag, no separate paper tag, or size/fabric label. According to the manufacturer’s web site description, the fabric is a polyester/cotton blend. S across armpits 15”/M 16”

micheleclong@amarin18 the medium measures about 15.5”-16” across the armpits, and the waist measures about 15” — however there is smocking in the back, so there is stretch. It is about 54” long.
