Authentic Gucci tie. Made in Italy of 100% silk twill. The deep red background is accented by a pattern of ornately fashioned antique keys... perhaps to a palazzo or the heart of a loved one, as the saleswoman in the Rome flagship expressed to me. Bought in Gucci’s Rome store in 1993 and very well cared for since.
