Has light shoulder pads but can be easily snipped out. Full length maxi dress. Size 12. (Fits more like a 10 in my opinion, so please check measurements). 100% Koshiba Polyester (feels like Rayon). No stretch. Measurements laying flat: armpit to armpit 19”, waist 16 1/2” across, length from shoulder 49 1/2”.
