Romeo & Juliet couture blue prom, cocktail dress

Beautiful blue lace mini dress. Strapless. Sized as small, but would fit better xsmall. Arm pit to arm pit is 15.5”, waist is 13.5”. The skirt length from waist down is 16.5”. Fully lined, except the lace on the waist and in the middle of the front is see through, please see the last pic, where you can see the white paper underneath. Great condition. Great for prom, wedding, home coming, cocktail party, bridal shower.
