margaretf @nbcot1991 hi , pants has side pockets, wide elastic waistband, laying flat at hips at widest point 23” ,fabric is flowy , excellent quality, NOT THIN at all , perfect for office , not sure how to measure the rise , is high rise , high waist, loose fit , flowy
