theposhpalm @journalista77 yes and yes! Size 13 is still available, and they are brand new in box. I have several pairs of these and Toms actually didn’t physically attach the tags to any of these shoes, but the tag is slipped into one of the shoes in each pair. Hope that helps, love! 💕
