Good evening. Is the dress a 10 or a 12?

When I purchased the gown from the bridal shop the owner told me that since it is a designer gown it will fit smaller than my regular size.
The dress fits like a 10, so if it’s for someone who really wears a 12 it will be too tight. Hope that helps
