1bdgrlHi there- did you have an issue with the handles transferring color onto your clothing? When I bought my bag- the first time I used it- it was a semi hot day out, and I was out shopping- had it on my shoulder, later found that the handles had stained a brand new shirt I was wearing that day on my shoulders. I contacted LV, they were aware of the issue, I sent my new bag in- and they replaced both handles. Never had another issue . They even paid for my ruined shirt. 😉

taratucci@1bdgrl Hi💙 This bag not so much but I’ve had many other Ikat’s and also many Epi Neverfulls with the same issues of handles color transfer on both the exterior and interior of the bag😕 And If they are not stored correctly the same thing will happen. That’s awesome that they replaced everything for you🛍🎀
