Have you updated the app lately I think in one of the latest updates the notification settings did change and if you try this please let me know your results

ohseedeez@cupcak_me Hi! I feel your pain re party notifications and it is pretty rude for PMHQ not to respond how to fix it. By default everyone gets the party invites, you have to go into your profile settings and turn that option off. Hope that helps! ~Julia @ohseedeez
