@fulghamtri1 that I don’t know exactly but Patent does “usually” run snug and closed toe will always be tighter than open toe - the suggestion from the company is always to go up a size if between sizes so I think you would be ok but I can’t guarantee it. You could get the noslip pads for $2 for the inside back of shoes if they are a tad too big
