kipstang @kelseysboutique Yes they are. I’ll tell you when my Dad passed my husband got me Joe-z to help me . Then my nasty neighbors kept dragging kitty’s home and starving them to death and they ended up at my home. I have had each and every one fixed one at a time. So now it’s 7 in total. However I can’t have all in my home. But people should be jailed for such a thing.
