Bow tie at the waist with belt sewn in on the side seam for permanent attachment. Zip up the back- So easy - put on and go for a polished look! Like new, worn only twice.

quietmiss Hello! What are the measurements in inches, side to side lying flat for the waistline (smallest part); and from outer shoulder-seam edge to opposite outer shoulder-seam edge? And is the black color more warm (brown) black, or more cool (blue) black? Thank you for your help.
