Oh man they are very close. I don’t understand why they would fake these people can get the real ones for cheap still. Tarte brushes are really nice! I buy all of them! Favs! 💕

A drug store brand recently came out with a dupe version of it at the dollar tree. I have yet to check it out. What do you mean fake unicorn brushes? Is unicorn a brand?

@pearljampj I had no idea they made those too. I have a unicorn set for sale but they are not tarte they are like a really cheap brand like something you find at target. I just wrote it as a unicorn brush set because I didn't have a name for them. The quality still looks good. Look pretty soft. I was thinking about taking them down if they don't sell by my friend bday and give them to her. She always wanted to learn how to contour.

@nopexo I'm not sure on those. I would compare them to the tarte pics and other pics of real ones, the details. I know across the board tarte uses boxes with color on the inside so if you got a tarte box with a white interior, it's likely fake.

so if they have white on the bristles and the colors aren't quite as vi rant or pretty they're prolly a fake

@bwilliams00 the one brush does have a white tip. It's mainly the fading, the logo, the crimped bristles and shape, the big one is the inside of the box is white and no tissue on the fakes.

Thanks for this listing. I just purchased a set from spencer861 and received it today and they were obvious knock-offs ☹️ I’m returning them. I have an authentic pair that I was able to compare it to. It’s so sad these ppl are doing this.

Thanks for posting this. I brought a pair from TARTE and a possible buyer thought the price was too high because wish sales a similar pair but luckily I had my receipt. 😊 if you don’t mind I may use this as a reference to my authentic ones

To be honest girl usually when it comes to make up I won't... Get something in less I have like a 100 of them already I will never get better than sex mascara off here or any website other than Toofaced or Sephora!!. That's so sad there making a big brushes now I mean I like motor brushes and their pretty affordable those I will buy on here but not anything that is known like this because some people can do a better job than others to.
