Gold satin spaghetti strap low back gown

This dress will fit a woman who is tall, I would say taller than 5’ 4” and pretty thin. For some reason it does not fit me well because I’m short (5’ 2”) and curvy. I have a 28” Waist and the midsection was very big on me. Then the hip and bum part of the dress was to tight. This dress would look very pretty on someone who is more of a Kendall Jenner build. It is a size small but may fit a medium too. It was altered but I think the lady scammed me because it did not fit regardless.
