vacantia@jillbarker hello. The bust is 16.5in, and it's darted so it can probably go up to 17.5in. Unfortunately, I don't have the material tag, since it was cut due to itching. But I've included a close up pic of the fabric. This dress is non wrinkle, non pilling, has slight stretch, and feels very smooth to the touch. Hope that helps!
