missmagee @mygrant486 hi, I wear a small and the small is a little more roomy than normal, so it does run a little big. I would go by the measurements posted. I kept the blue in a small & I've had soo many compliments when I wear it. The neck is big, so I pin it & you can't tell because of the back sash. 😁
