sparklingviolet @pelsberry I would love to have a 6 or 61/2 but wanted to make sure because I don’t want it to turn on my finger. Every piece of sterling has had a stamp before. U have a ring on in your closet that is beautiful but sold and it is advertised as sterling and has the 925 stamp.

pelsberry @sparklingviolet I fully understand. I advertise it with the description my supplier provides. However, not every piece of silver jewelry is stamped. In my experience, the stamped is not even a guarantee is sterling silver. I have read descriptions from suppliers who say "925 stamped" but the base metal is alloy but sterling silver plated. I want you to be comfortable with your purchase. If you think, it is not for you, then I would advise against the purchase.

sparklingviolet @pelsberry I agree. I bought a $150 ring on here and it was silver on outside but when sizer was put on it rubbed off and alloy was underneath which tarnished. I believe you but when said silver filled and no stamp I wonder what the outside is. It is a beautiful ring. Thanks for looking into it.
