@kpkuchino Hi 👋🏼 there. Yes, they are high waisted! I am a 40’ in the hips and I too am very comfortable in the size 8! So I’d recommend a size 8 if you are a 40’- 42’ in the hip. If you are 43’ - 45’ in the hip id suggest a 10 in this style.
