I started an online thrift store some time ago so I earn extra money to help with the household expenses. As an Autistic Family (👸 -18 & 👨🧑- 17), I'm always teaching them during life skills how to be independent. Now that they are teens, we started doing Poshmark together. They take the pics, make sure the items are in good condition & packaging them to ship. I do all the rest! All proceeds is split between them & the teaching continues. Have a Blessed Day!

I’ve worked with people with autism for 20+ years and just adore the creative ways family’s are coming together like this. I worked with a family that opened an ice cream truck business for their son to learn how to work and manage and the pride and sense of accomplishment is just beautiful! ❤️

autism_crew@lolibearscloset coping during this quarantine. The kids are actually doing better than I am. I need to refill my tank because I’m pretty close to empty if not already. The kids have their moments where we have to address it but overall the transition hasn’t been as bad as I thought it would be. All that hard work has paid off. How are doing?
