So for this to be an xs, but also a size 4 and 38, would it run big then??ike more like a S or M?

@marissa_dudeck it’s a European size 38 sold in the us as a size 4 /XS. In my opinion it fits like a xs/small I’m not an expert on size so I took measurements so that customers can use them to test against their own items to get an idea of a fit.
