zoyastar @michellegwilly no. Measurements for small laying flat are 13 inches across. So 26 inches is actual bust size for small. 😊. Sorry it took me so long.

zoyastar @michellegwilly I believe they run pretty true to size. Maybe a little on the small side. There is a little stretch to them. But they are meant to be a halter style high waist above the knee dress. 😊.
