They feel like they are similar to a suede material. They have been Lightly worn. It shows signs of wear in the inside top of the boot but on the outside it’s in great/good condition. It seems to hit right under the knee. It’s not super narrow so does fit wider calves. Heel is about 3.5-5 inches Straight across at thickest point is 7.5-7.8 inches
