cristin_k@000e000m I’m sincerely sorry if the eyeshadow did not meet your expectations. Can you tell me if there was damage during shipping that caused not to be packaged well? It was a new shadow in original box & hadn’t been used. If this is not what you feel you received, I want to make it right. I offered a bundled discount & decreased shipping on both eyeshadows but never heard back so I shipped the next day within 24 hours. I am just confused.
