Multicolored Floral Romper from Dance and Marvel. Worn twice and is in excellent condition. I’m 5’4 and a size 6. This item will fit someone who’s 5’6 and under. It ties in the front to cinch the waist and can be worn tight or loose. The sleeves are stretchy due to the elastic but it’s comfortable not tight. The sides can be buttoned up for a shorter fit or it can be worn down if you are more comfortable that way. Mine does not tie at the arms as shown in the picture. I’m in the 3rd and 4th pic
