elliebe @pdbolotin hi. I’m not sure what you mean by the new version. The bag was purchased inn2018. I never had a problem wiping anything down on it. The bag itself is very clean like new condition. For sanitary reasons I will not give the changing pad. I wouldn’t want anyone else’s changing pad either. Hope this helps.
