The free services are never guaranteed and do not back up buyers or sellers if there’s any dispute with the company you purchased from. As to where services by “Real Authentication” do and are valid for use in disputes.

rlcamejo @trulydesire Poshmark authenticated but are known to make mistakes as well. I’ve seen Poshmark approve counterfeits and not approve authentic items. Reason why I pay to Authenticate all high ends. So mistakes don’t happen.
