modstitch@greeneyemama the sleeves don’t have elastic, but I see what you mean. They have a puff sleeve and the ruffles so whimsy, it’s honestly one of the best pieces we have right now, wait till you see it and feel it in person 😍 It’s a very nice, high quality piece.
