jennabernard5@bshea910 I do think it would! I’m a 32C but that’s super similar to a 34B and it fits my chest well. It has two ties in the back that allow you to adjust the top. I think your hips would be okay as well. It’s perfectly snug on my waist and I’m ~25 inches. I have a little room in the hips.
