Worn 2x. Runs tts. Midi length; I am 5'3 for reference. Bottom hem falls down. It came like that. I just pin it up with a safety pin on the side seams on the underside but it would be an easy fix

@awhittler So sorry for the delay on this! I misplaced my measuring tape and had to buy a new one! Laying flat 12 3/4" waist measurement, hips a little hard to measure because of pleating but approx. 16.5"
