desfeli@wendymjolley Hi! These have good stretch, but don’t run big like other KanCans. I’d recommend ordering your size. Only if in-between sizes then size down. I’m a 29 to 30 and the 29 fit perfectly. If you’d like specific measurements on a pair I’m more than happy to get that for you.

desfeli@cryss0304 The 24 in these might be too big for her if she's in between a 23-24. There is a size chart in the listing with the measurements. These run on the larger size. These fit my friends 12 year old daughter like a glove, size 28. Her mom and I couldn't believe it. Another brand that may work for your daughter are A2's. These are junior sizing, but fit a women's body as well. I don't have any that are high rise, but happy to share the med rise ones with you.

I think that you are able to see that, right? Only difference would be that I need a small in that cream colored sweater you are about to restock.
