nguyend811 @carolyn1481 they run true to size in my opinion, and give a good amount of compression. I am a small in Gymshark, size 4 in Lululemon and generally wear a 2-4 jean. Hope that helps!

nguyend811 @carolyn1481 also, that said, if you are between a small and medium but don’t like them as tight or are a size 6 jean, you may like mediums better
