Vintage 70s/80s Caron Petite blue button front Dress

Cute Caron Petite of Chicago vintage dress. It has an elastic waist with a matching sash. I do not see a tag which tells the material however I think it is a polyester blend. Tags put this from 70s to 80s. Tag is a vintage size 8 but please check the measurements. Measurements: * Length measured from top of shoulder near near neck to bottom 41" * Length from shoulder to waist 15-1/4" * Across the Chest 18" * Across waist unstretched 12.5" * Sleeve length measured from underarm to end 8"
