Maxi is a light and airy fabric, with a cross-over top and side slit. Waist is elastic, and has tassel ties on sides for an extra cinch. Slips over head. There is no structured area to give a bust measurement, but when the dress is laid flat, the bodice and sleeves form a "T" shape. From one side of the T to the other is about 24 inches. Waist is 14 inches, laid flat, and length is 58 inches.
Color is a little more of a subdued blue than picture shows.
