This is the seller who you purchased the Louis Vuitton Speedy 40 from. Just letting you know - the listing description says that you must pay full price to include accessories. So if you paid less, which you did, then the dust bag, lock & key, & Shoulder strap do not come with the bag which means you purchased just the bag alone. However ... I included the accessories anyway! 😊😊😊
