Elle brand soft pink with gray roses, flowy blouse. Beautiful for spring! Size XS, but it is definitely loose and flowy, and to me seems larger than an XS. It’s meant to be a looser fit. Soft ruffle around the collar. And button at the sleeve (see photo). More of a 3/4 sleeve fit. Open to offers!
