Coach Rain Boots Black There are some marks on these boots that look like water drops, I tried soap and water and they didn’t remove but maybe something else could remove them. These still have a lot of life in them. The insides are still cushioned and do not have any type of foot indents. I imagine they are made of rubber but it doesn’t say anywhere in/on the boots. Size-7
