Ivory colored dress with red embroidered flower details along with little red pom poms that line the sleeve and bottom of dress. Really cute and great for the spring summer. There is a lining on the inside and therefore it doesn't stretch. I'm selling it because I didn't realize that when I got it and my hips are too big so it made for a tight fit.

nervous_bunny@sferrin5 hello, you can actually do it both ways. it can be pulled down to do straight off the shoulder or keep it slightly on the shoulder. since there is a lining in it I measured the lining instead of the outside for the bust and the waist. Bust: 18.5 in Waist: 21 in Length: 25.5 in

sferrin5Hi! Is this meant to be worn slightly off the shoulder like it looks on the hanger or straight across off the shoulder? Or maybe either way? Could you measure the length down the front center? Could you measure the width at the hips area too? Thanks!
