@florgt14 Hi again, Sorry again- I'm just now able to get back with you. We just had 2 tornados pass through where we actually had to take shelter. And, my power went out for a while- I couldn't even print the shipping labels. So, I had to email them to my Hubby, who is going to do all my shipping today at lunch due to more bad weather... But- Yes, I just measured- and the Med is about 22" flat across w/stretch. Large is about 23". Let me know soon if you need the Med instead.

@florgt14 Right, that was the last Medium. I sold several of these dresses locally for Prom. It's going to take a while to repair that one- the loose stitching is on the Tulle. Yes- I have your package ready to ship now with a Size Large in the Box- ready to go to the PO. I do accept some offers- depends on the items.
