Absolutely stunning dress - elegant fabric, impeccable details & craftsmanship, beautiful colors. NWT. perfect condition, never worn or washed etc. Purchased about a year ago for a wedding I never ended up attending. Finally going through my closet & Marie Kondo-ing my life. Size 4 - 54in long, 14in across the waist. I attached stock photos as I will not be modeling it. sip_shop_repeat Bust measurement and does the waist stretch at all?

klg_closet @mamas_closet71 the 14inch measurement is taken from where the top of the dress meets the skirt, and is closer to a bust measurement. see photo where tape measure is stretched out. And in terms of stretch it is not elastic - hope that helps!
