Hi didn’t know how else to reach you. I bought the Levi’s shorts. They were delivered to my old California address not where I currently live in Arkansas. I got a confirmation with my correct address in Arkansas from Poshmark so I don’t understand why it went to California.

@susiemann hi! I’m so sorry that is very weird. I printed the label that poshmark emailed me. Have you tried to reach our to them at all? Is there anyway at the old address that can return it to sender? Thanks for reaching out here. I hate that poshmark makes it near impossible for buyers and sellers to be in contact 🙄

I emailed Poshmark and they have not responded. I’ve emailed them before and they have never responded other then to say they got my email and it will take time for them to respond to me. As you know from my contacting you right away that my address listed was wrong. I changed it right after I contacted you about it. It shows my Arkansas address on my account. And I emailed them telling them
My old address and my new one and that I had placed an order and contacted you as well.

@susiemann that’s odd that they wouldn’t respond. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago about an issue and they were responsive though it did take a little while to work it out. If you don’t have access to anyone at your old address, unfortunately, they will probably end up marking it as a lost package :(

Just got an email from Poshmark saying look around my Arkansas house or go ask my neighbors if they have it. This is after I explained the situation that it’s in California and not in Arkansas so they obviously didn’t read the email. I wrote back again re-explaining the situation again. I hope they read it this time.
