Apr 16Reply

salbeccaI have notification that you received the shoes I sent back to you on March 20th. Are you no longer exchanging them? I have not received a size down as we had discussed.

Apr 17Reply

zoeys2017@salbecca I received a notification from poshmark that these were not returned by you . Let me look into my notifications.

Apr 17Reply

salbecca@hellmueller this was my first Poshmark purchase and I didn’t know that they were going to give me a return label so I sent them back before I had the label. Because I didn’t use their label they marked it as I didn’t return it.

Apr 17Reply

salbecca9505 5113 2126 9077 0519 00 That is the tracking number I was given from my post office

Apr 17Reply

zoeys2017@salbecca Hi! So I finely got this figured out. This is the first time this has happened to me. Always use the poshmark labels and communication tools on the app. I am dropping off a 6.5 in the boot at ups today. Thanks for reaching out to me.

Apr 18Reply

salbecca@hellmueller I apologize I didn’t know how the app worked or that there would be a return label. Thank you for working with me.

Apr 18Reply

zoeys2017@salbecca No worries I am just telling you to help you out. I am a licensed business and I believe in honesty but sadly there are scammers out there so always use posh tools when shopping this app for your protection.

Apr 18Reply

Apr 19Reply
