sew316@no925r. It does not button...so as long as the shoulders fit, it can be open in front. There is not much stretch to jacket and lining, but there is in the tie belt.

sew316@krtompkins. I was told they run one size smaller...the large fits me snug in the shoulders...it would be a looser jacket on you. It measures approx 14" across the back. The stretchy belt allows adjustment on waist. I am waiting to hear back if they offer it in medium.
