Do these fit true to size? I have seen some XL tags on items that were definitely not XL ! An XL woman is a size 16,18. Please let me know as you also have XXL it seems??

@abonman85 hi. Itβs about 10 inches in diameter. Iβm not sure of the circumference. I think it would be difficult for me to get that measurement without the shirt being worn on someone that it fits. I hope this info helps a bit.
