ttotheb Interested buyer without playing games! (Read some of ur comments... geez people are time-waisters). 1. Need to know how adjustable it is.. I’m a size 2/4 (24/26 waist) - will it work for me? 2. Need to know if AND HOW it works withOUT belt loops? I’m a knee-length A-line easy-going skirt kinna girl (think Anthropologie)...
