@jacklynn_ray Oh wow. It left Nashville on the 11th and it says it arrived in Memphis on the 15th (which is a long time too). Today is the 20th so yeah I would definitely check the post office, because it looks like it hasn't Left there for some reason.

It says it went out for delivery on the 15th to your address and then it shows back at the Post office so yeah definitely check with them. I don't know why they didn't leave it. It doesn't say shipped back so I would assume they still have it there.

Yes, I did. I filed a claim with the post office on Wednesday and Memphis is totally backed up. I have a case number. Someone locally will call me today.
