Very cute gingham blouse! Cotton, lightweight, with self ties at shoulder. There are also self ties on the bell sleeves but they are just attached to the sleeve for decoration. Full length, on me it goes about one or two inches below the hip (I'm 5'3 for reference). Like new condition. I cut the label on this because it was itchy, but based on how it fits me, it can fit a small or medium.
